Magenta Systems File Transfer Components comprise three Delphi components, TMagFtp, TMagHttp and TMagFileCopy, the first two of which are high level descendants of the Internet Component Suite TFtpClient and THttpCli components, all allowing transfer of multiple files and subdirectories with a single function call.

Description

TML Messaging Suite is a network messaging library for rapid development of extensible and scalable interfaces. Based on the peer to peer standard protocol BEEP (Blocks Extensible Exchange Protocol), defined in RFC3080 and RFC3081 libTML is suitable for many use cases and communication patterns. Equipped with a type safe data API, TML can transport hierarchical data structures fast and reliable.

Synchronous communication can be achieved by many existing protocols if the intended communication pattern is client/server. Establishing an asynchronous, multithreaded, bidirectional communication without blocking messages can be time consuming and error prone.

Using libTML allows to implement asynchronous message exchange on top of the IETF standard protocol BEEP (Blocks Extensible Exchange Protocol) without the need of fiddling around with the basics of message processing. All work can be put into the features of the application instead of taming a TCP/IP socket.
