The characteristic of Video Rotate Filter(VideoRotate.ax) is,

Can handle only uncompressed RGB Video Subtypes, MEDIASUBTYPE_RGB24 or MEDIASUBTYPE_RGB32

Can rotate or flip video image but cannot rotate and flip simultaneously.

Can capture input image (= output image from video decoder). * You can also get the image after rotated or flipped if you add a line in the unit RotateMain.

Changes of rotation types at non-stopped state are not effective for some cases, if we use any video renderers other than madVR.

( It should be always effective if new rotation type does not cause output dimension change,i.e., portrait <-> portrait, landscape <-> landscape.
