Description

Complete encapsulation of Borlands BWCC.DLL for Delphi. Includes TBorBtn, TBorCheck, TBorRadio and TBorShade. Includes the standard Borland Icon Dialogue boxes. TBorButton allows selection of normal Borland button styles plus special custom mode where user supplies the three bitmaps. Based on Freeware by Xiao Luo. Large rewrites and bug fixes.
