Description

VeriTime Time Tracker (VeriTime) is an application which:

• Enables you to record the time you spent in doing a task.
• Allows you to track the time of a task.
• Lets you describe in detail the task you are doing and also to specify its type or category.

VeriTime is NOT a project management software. It is a tool that you can use to manage your projects better.

Features:

• It can handle an unlimited number of clients.
• A client can have an unlimited number of projects attached to it.
• A project can have an unlimited number of subprojects.
• Allows the tracking of time for a project that has not been set up yet. A temporary project called TEMP PROJECT is used for this purpose.
• A project whose task's time is currently tracked can be interrupted and another task and so on.
• It is possible to reassign projects and sub-projects to another client.
• A task can be assigned a category.
• In the timesheet detail form, it is possible to select a preset value for the duration and pause times.
• There is an option to backup the database before deleting any record. If the deletion of the record(s) was in error the database can be restored. A default charging rate can be set in the options. This rate is automatically inserted for a new client.
• When a project is created, the default charging rate of the client is automatically inserted.
• When a timesheet is created, the default charging rate of the project is automatically inserted.
• An option can be set to perform a database backup before deleting a record or records.
• This makes it possible to undo the result of the delete operation.
• There is an option to automatically stop the timer at a preset time.
