Description

X-Files is a File Splitting tool with cool features and equally cool interface as never before. Its built in a way that u tend to explore more n’ more features as you continue using it. Some of the most prominent features are:

• Support for files of any size (min limit 50 KB, max limit by the OS)
• Compression of splitted pieces
• Password Protection (RC4 based) of the pieces
• Self joining pieces so that you wont need X-Files to rejoin the splitted file (Only 30kb overhead)
• Lots of criterias to specify the splitting logic
• Generate only a particular piece, or a range of pieces in case the piece(s) got corrupted
• Add comments to the pieces
• Windows Shell integration so that you can split files right from within Windows Explorer
• Drag n’ Drop support
