Description

The "THolidays" component allows you to have the list of holidays, to know if a date is a holiday, if the day’s date is. If there is a holiday in a range of dates. Obtain a list of holidays for a given year or range of dates. To work, THolidays relies on a library (libholidays.so under Linux, holidays.dll under Windows) provided. It requires using ISO 3166-1 alpha 3 code to identify the country through its State property. Use of the library can be static or dynamic. The interest of such a component is to be able to identify a holiday said unemployed, in a calendar. Or in a range of dates. Description

TKronos is a non visual component that provides easy access to calendaric data. It is built around a consept called "daytyping" which is attatching calendaric events to fixed or calculated dates. It works like a one to many relationship: One date might have none or more daytypes connected to it. A daytype can be anything you want - an appointment, a holiday, a birthday, the phase of the moon, etc. TKronos comes with several built in daytypes, that is the most common Christian churchdays (Easter is programatically calculated) and some other days as well.

This component is a simple extension to a TMaskEdit. Since most users has become accustomed to entering dates in a 2 digit format (mm/dd/yy), author wrote this component to allow for automatic expansion to a 4 digit year based upon a cutoff (20 is the default). If year is entered as 4 digits, it is left as is.
