PreLoadFile archiver:

Make single file to init data in multiple tables of your app at runtime. Very simple archive with directory at the end, each item compressed on it's own.
Can pack/unpack any dataset into/from compressed CSV with field names on first line...
Use your fantasy for what it could be used...
Uses different (newer) version of ZLib from the one supplied by Borland
Exe demo (the archiver - reads .DB & .CSV) and sources (for use in your product) included. Exe demo is built for BDE 5, but you can recompile it...
