Description

"TDynamicStream: When I have used TMemoryStream in the past I discovered one very annoying problem, if I expanded or shrank the stream it’s contents were cleared. TDynamicStream does not clear it’s contents and the Write method will also dynamically expand the stream to accommodate the new size of data."

Also includes additional routines: PackRecord, UpPackRecord, ConvertCurrency, FormatMoney, GetBlobText. SetBlobText and others.
