Description

TWOwnrScrllBar is a Owner Draw Scroll bar. It's simple to use, just add drawing code to the OnTopDraw, OnBottomDraw, OnTrackDraw event. Then it will respond basiclly like a standard windows Scroll Bar. Also has a standard Drawing mode like the standard windows Scroll Bar that fires events when it is time to redraw the scroll buttons or the trackbar. It provides a TRect to draw in.
