Description
Panel can collapsed to caption or band (if Align set to alLeft, alTop, alRight, alBottom value). Then mouse cursor over band or caption panel expand to max size with animate. Caption contains system buttons Pin and Close.Add events OnPaint, OnDrawCaption, OnDrawBorder, OnDrawBand, OnDrawButtonClose, OnDrawButtonPin.
Fixed errors.
