Description

This program is a TGraphic object to work with multilayered PNG images. You can create and edit multilayered 32bit images by this program. You can also change the visibility and alpha of a layer. You can assign any type of graphic (even types that will be made in future) to this image.

There is also a conversion function that converts any type of graphic to PNG. This component also supports clipboard and can be assigned to, or from clipboard. You can also create animations by this component.
