Description
TVideoGrabber SDK is a native VCL component for Delphi and C++Builder (Delphi 4 to 13 Florence, C++Builder 4 to 13 Florence, Win32 and Win64) for video capture, recording, streaming and playback on Windows 10/11. Sources: webcams and USB/PCIe capture devices, Blackmagic DeckLink, GigE cameras, ONVIF/RTSP IP cameras (with PTZ control), RTMP/HTTP/UDP streams, NDI, screen and window recording. Recording: MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WMV, WebM, with CPU or GPU (NVENC, QuickSync, AMF) encoding, pause/resume, timer-based file rotation. Streaming: RTSP, RTMP, UDP, HLS, NDI. Player: variable speed, frame stepping, playlists, synchronized instances. Processing: frame capture, text and image overlays, fade in/out and crossfade, FFmpeg filters, motion detection, cropping, rotation, deinterlacing. Royalty-free developer license.
