Description

TWave is a free component (source included) which allows access to the data stored in wave files. The signal data is accessed as floating point values between -1 and 1. Supports 8/16 bit, mono/stereo and all samplerates (except when using the built-in change samplerate function). The freeware audio editor Soliton II uses TWave.
