Description

An IRC component TSlyIrc uses techniques and concepts that author has learned since TIRCClient was released in mid-1997. It encapsulates the IRC protocol (RFC 1459) and enables any Delphi or C++ Builder application to have IRC functionality. It is perfect for use in developing IRC clients or bots.
