Description

Unit ToolTips.pas contains several classes wrapping ToolTips API. These classes allow to manage the tool tips easily. There are different types of tool tips in Windows. They are tool tips for rectangular areas, tracking tool tips, multiline tool tips, balloon tool tips and in-place tool tips.
