Development tool to create Netscape plugin DLLs. Compiled DLLs are able to run under both Netscape Navigator (all 32-bit versions) and Internet Explorer (3.0 and greater). Using Delphi’s form designer in usual way you can create new or adopt your existing forms to run as embedded controls in HTML pages.
