Description

Task Flow was written to overcome the cost, and some limitations, of using MS Project Manager in a multiuser environment. Task Flow is intended to maintain a record of all tasks that require tracking within an organisation and allow these tasks to be shown collectively, by groups or by individuals. Tasks can have jobs attached to them to reflect tasks that require several actions to be completed, sometimes by different resources, before the task itself is complete. Tasks and jobs have start, expected and deadline dates associated with them. They also can hold escalation values in the event that the task is not proceeding as hoped.

There is limited interaction with MS Outlook, mainly concerned with resource identification and distribution of task requests.

Graphs added to Reports - Gantt, Pie and Stats.
