Kaktus (Preciously called NCQ - Net-Seek-You) is an ICQ looks alike program for LAN only, using ICS it’s features is as follows "Web sharing" - share your files easy on the lan using your web browser. Including is a "public news board" which is an open chatboard for all users on the network, you can also controll Winamp from this.
