WebAsyst Document Depot is an easy and powerful web-based tool to store and share files and folders online. It allows you to upload and store any kind of documents, organize them in folders, grant access rights to your staff (read-only, read/write, full rights). Folders are sorted in hierarchical order. Each folder may contain as many files and subfolders as necessary. Search function allows you to search by any key phrase containing in file name or description. Search Results list is fully operational - copy, move, delete, modify files directly from the Search Results list.Document Depot is accessible anytime from anywhere via standard browser or Windows Client. WebAsyst Windows Client is seamlessly integrated with the Windows environment and allows you easily drag and drop files or even folders from your desktop to web-based drive or backward.WebAsyst Document Depot is available as hosted solution or can be purchased in sources (PHP) to be hosted on your corporate web-server.
