Description

Sanz is a powerful and easy to employ utility that allows web authors to rapidly design HTML tables. It allows both beginner and experts alike to quickly generate complex HTML table designs.

Sanz uses a Windows application as the table designer. You can interactively view the designed table in a browser as you make changes.

The many advantages of using Sanz includes:

  • HTML Table design for humans. Sanz shields you from having to remember the precise syntax of the various HTML tags and attributes. It provides an easy to use Windows front end that translates all supported HTML 4 table properties into a set of clearly identifiable options.
  • Total Control. It provides you with precise control over a table’s scope and appearance.
  • Total customisation. Format and display settings can be applied at an individual column, row and cell level.
  • Complex tables. It supports both the simple and more recent ’HEADER-BODY-FOOTER table design.
  • Merged cells. Cells may be grouped to form blocks of cells, with their own custom display and format.
  • ASP support. The product includes a powerful ASP COM component that allows Sanz table definitions to be employed within ASP web pages.
  • Data ware tables. Sanz includes facilities for linking a HTML table to a SQL data source via either ADO or the BDE. You set the SQL statement and then choose what data columns to display.
  • Navigation bar. The HTML created by Sanz can include a data navigation bar to scroll through pages of SQL data records. When used with the ASP component this allows next page/last page type selections with no extra coding.
  • View the results in place. A Sanz HTML table design can be viewed in place via either Internet Explorer or Netscape browsers. The user may change any table display setting, select the refresh button, and then see the just changed table instantly update inside the browser.
  • XML support. You can export a Sanz table design as an XML data structure.
