This is a verry usefull graphic editor. It works with BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF (not animated), PCX, TGA. It has Resize, Rotate & Flip options also Bright, Contrast, Saturation, Blur & Shape. It also include a collection of filters. You can save your work in 5 different formats.
