Resource Tuner Console is the command-line resource editor, specifically designed to provide developers with the means to automate resource editing operations and quickly implement changes into a project at the final development stage. This tool lets you instantly change icons and strings in the compiled 32- and 64-bit EXE and DLL files from the batch file within a second. No longer do you need to do it manually.

By creating a repeatable process for updating and customizing resources, Resource Tuner Console saves countless hours traditionally spent on manual editing of resources. The program is well suited for integrating into your build system, and takes the drudgery out of manual editing and repetitive tasks. All the functionality of Resource Tuner Console is called from within your VBScript. Resource Tuner Console fully supports Unicode and allows editing strings in multiple languages, swapping icons, updating XML manifests and version information for several hundred files at once, and more.
