General features include bug tracking, workflow management, project prioritization, detailed audit history for each item, data table definition, and the ability to maximize communication between all technical staff members.

Development, quality assurance, documentation and technical support teams all use Defect Agent to facilitate defect reporting, verification, repair, testing and final release. Defect Agent is written entirely in Delphi and includes the ability to define application data tables and create Delphi source code.
