DockPanel v.1.2FWS 312 k 12 Aug 2002
By Stefan Ascher, Stewart NotListed, Eric Micheals. DockPanel is a component which was originally created for the open perl IDE. This release has been modified to be substantially easier to use, requiring virtually no code to actually impliment it, and a few new features including tabposition, and Tabtype (Icon or strictly text). This produces a docking style similiar to that which is seen in Delphi, and Homesite.

DockPanel Professional v.3.1FWS 353 k 02 Mar 2004
By Stewart NotListed. Dock Panel is a free docking component originally developed by the author of Open-Perl-IDE. I got permission from him to rerelease this version and to use it in another app. This version is modified in a number of ways.
  • Easily save and load docked layout to the registry with one line of code
  • Display tabs with text, icons, or text + icons
  • Float/Dock Windows on any of the four corners of an MDI window or SDI if you prefer.
  • Dock windows on top of eachother to create tabbed layouts.
  • Dock windows to the side, above or below other docked windows.
This is an easy to use component that will give your app a professional look.

  Delphi 2010 Handbook: A Guide to the New Features of Delphi 2010;
The guide to what's new in Delphi 2010, from the best-selling author of the Mastering Delphi series and the Delphi 2007 and 2009 Handbooks. The book covers all the new features of Delphi 2010 for Win32, from Extended RTTI to new IDE features, from Windows 7 support to the improved DataSnap architecture. This is a brand new book, there is no overlapping material with the Delphi 2007 Handbook and Delphi 2009 Handbook (which you can consider buying along with this book in printed or electronic format). The Delphi 2010 Handbook is expected to have about 300 pages covering exclusively new Delphi 2010 features. There is no introduction material or anything like that. The book is for developers who use Delphi 2010. more... more...
