- Enables you to record the time you spent in doing a task.
- Allows you to track the time of a task.
- Lets you describe in detail the task you are doing and also to specify its type or category.
VeriTime is NOT a project management software. It is a tool that you can use to manage your projects better.
Features:
- It can handle an unlimited number of clients.
- A client can have an unlimited number of projects attached to it.
- A project can have an unlimited number of subprojects.
- Allows the tracking of time for a project that has not been set up yet. A temporary project called TEMP PROJECT is used for this purpose.
- A project whose task's time is currently tracked can be interrupted and another task and so on.
- It is possible to reassign projects and sub-projects to another client.
- A task can be assigned a category.
- In the timesheet detail form, it is possible to select a preset value for the duration and pause times.
- There is an option to backup the database before deleting any record. If the deletion of the record(s) was in error the database can be restored. A default charging rate can be set in the options. This rate is automatically inserted for a new client.
- When a project is created, the default charging rate of the client is automatically inserted.
- When a timesheet is created, the default charging rate of the project is automatically inserted.
- An option can be set to perform a database backup before deleting a record or records.
- This makes it possible to undo the result of the delete operation.
- There is an option to automatically stop the timer at a preset time.
