Description

Modified DBGrid. Defined OnMouseWheelUp and OnMouseWheelDown event and corrected response. Added MoveByRows - number of rows moved by mouse wheel.

Added Selection Color, Font Selection Color, Active Color, Font Active Color and fixed problem with multiselect.
