Description

Includes Delete to ReCycle Bin Solution. This zip file contains source and dcu of SysUtils, which allows you fix Y2K issues. This fix add the TwoDigitYearCenturyWindow variable to Delphi 3 version. This actually let you with no code change support two-digit years as 2000+ (for all years smaller than TwoDigitYearCenturyWindow the Delphi will give a year 2000+ date).
