Description

Voice Communicator (VC) components were designed to simplify the development process of audio streaming applications, such as voice chat, voice conference, and similar VoIP software. They provide real-time low latency multi-client audio streaming over TCP/IP networks and include efficient components for sound recording, playback, encoding, decoding, mixing and resampling.

RTP Transmitter, Receiver and Duplex streaming components make it easy to perform peer-to-peer, multi-client, broadcast, multicast and conference-like audio communications.

Including:

• ACM, Lame, libmpg123, SpeeX, Vorbis, CELT, G711, ADPCM (DVI) codecs support;
• RAW, RTP/RTCP. ShoutCAST streaming protocols;
• unicast, broadcast and multicast streaming;
• RTP-based conference server with support for large number of rooms and clients;
• rich set of samples to experiment with
