Each task is described by the name, by the start-up command line, by the working directory and interval of dispatching (rules of start). Each of potentially conflicting resources is described by unique number, name and maximum latency time of its release. Each task can be suspended irrespective of others. The SysCtrl supports possibility to eliminate defined periods (for example, days off, holidays) from a common cycle of dispatching. The program during its operation does not require interference of staff and can work "invisibly". Requires BDE installation and have two language localizations: English (basic) and Russian (language of the localization).
